FEATURES - This farmhouse is certified by the Agriturist and it is placed in the heart of the Tuscia's territory, at the borders of Umbria,Latium and Tuscany. It is surrounded by a wild nature distinguished by the protected area of Monte Rufeno and the Monte Amiata on a side and by the Bolsena lake lands on the other side. The farmhouse is placed near the agricultural farm of the owner and it keeps all the ancient beauty. It is very close to some intersting place such as Torre Alfina, Acquapendente, Bolsena and Orvieto.

ACCOMMODATION - The farmhouse has 4 well refined apartments:

Lo Zaffiro/The Saffire (2, or 2+baby): This two-room apartment includes an independent entrance on the first floor (above ground), a well furnished kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with a table at the bottom of the stairs is reserved for the occupants.

Il Rubino/The Ruby (2, or 2+baby, or 2+1, or 2+2): This two-room first-floor (above ground) apartment with independent entrance includes a well-furnished open-concept kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a private bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. A baby’s crib may be placed in the living room or at the foot of the double bed, making it possible for a family of five to stay here. Outdoor space with a table is reserved for the occupants.

Lo Smeraldo/The Emerald (2, or 2+baby): This two-room apartment includes an independent entrance at ground level, a well-furnished kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. A baby’s crib may be placed in the bedroom. Outdoor space with a table is reserved for the occupants.

Il Tesoro/The Treasure (2, or 2+baby, or 2+1, or 3 singles): This ground-floor studio apartment has an independent entrance at ground level, a well-furnished kitchen, a king-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. A baby’s crib or a single bed may be added, and/or the king-sized bed may be split into two singles. This apartment is ideal for accommodating two or three children while the parents occupy one of the other apartments. Outdoor space with a table is reserved for the occupants.

Moreover, Il Tesoro could also offer other accommodation in a stunning historical property less than a km far from the farmhouse.

FACILITIES - Il Tesoro boasts a large swimming pool (13x8x1.5m), a beautiful gazebo, a ping pong table, mountain bikes, a wood-burning pizza oven, and a brick barbecue with a long table for picnics and large group functions. A “cellaio” (a games room carved out of the old wine cellar) provides a cool space on hot days, with tables and chairs for cards, games or wine-tasting. The property also has a laundry room for guests. A panoramic very large lounge endowed with kitchen is also available for events and weddings. The owners manage a planned trip to Rome and arrange cookery or pottery courses too for their guests.
