FEATURES - Our licensed holiday farm has been granted a 4-ear of corn rating and our family, which has owned the property since 1985, has been running it according to strictly organic principles since 1987.The last few hundred metres of the road leading up to the farm have purposely been left as a white gravel drive in order to preserve our natural setting, tranquillity, privacy and great wealth of flora and fauna. The structural and environmental characteristics of the farmhouse make it absolutely unique. It is, in fact, ideal for those seeking a holiday characterised by the utmost tranquillity, good wholesome cooking and many leisure opportunities, constituted by naturalistic, sporting and cultural activities, or simply for those who wish to relax beside the pool surrounded by marvellous scenery and perfumes. Indeed, in addition to its privileged location, in terms of both climate, which is ideal for the whole family all year round, and relaxing tranquillity,the farmhouse is situated at the centre of an area that boasts a rich artistic and cultural heritage: Florence 40 km – Arezzo 40 km – Siena 60 km – Chianti 30 km.

ACCOMMODATION - The farm is divided into two ancient farmhouses restored and trasformed into nicely furnished 2-3-4-6 beds apartments, preserving their rustic Tuscan style.
In our restaurant you can savour the region's authentic flavours by sampling local specialties that are prepared with great care and attention to every detail. Our Agritourism produces and sells delicious “Cinta Senese” cold cuts coming from a small pig left to forage for food in the wild and bred applying organic methods.
It is open from March 15th to January 15th (nearly all the year round).In high season we rent our apartments for a minimum of one week, while in the off season period we rent even 2-3 nights only, with prices varying according to season and apartment.

METATO
Typical independent apartment, with two floor. At the ground-floor it has kitchen with chimney, matrimonial divan-bed and bath; upstairs double bed and bathroom with shower. It is for 4 persons.

VALLE
This flat is in the first house, upstairs; it has kitchen with a single bed, bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is for 3 persons.

TRAMONTANA
At the same floor of "Montrago" and "Valle"; it has a big kitchen with matrimonial divan-bed, bedroom and double bathrooms with shower.
It is for 4 persons.

MONTRAGO
In front of apartment "Valle", it has the same characteristics but without the single bed in the kitchen. It is for 2 persons.

GRANAIO
In front of apartment "Colombaia"; big flat of 80 mq composed by two bathrooms with shower, two bedrooms and kitchen with a matrimonial divan-bed. Also this, is for handicaps. For 6 persons.

MAESTRALE
At the ground-floor of the main house , with private entrance. This flat is right for a couple with children. It has bedroom, kitchen, a little room with castle-beds and bathroom with shower.

COLOMBAIA
Far 700 mt. from the main casale, in the house "La Casina", there is this flat proper for handicaps. It has bedroom, kitchen with a single bed and bathroom with shower. It is fo 3 persons.

PRIMO SOLE
Outside of the house, from a staircase we go upstairs in a flat composed by bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen with a matrimonial divan-bed. It is for 4 persons.

FACILITIES - There is a great restaurant inside offering a delicious typical italian dishes. Outside there is a panoramic private swimming pool too. Not far from the property, there is a train station (Figline), each 20 minutes there is a train leading to Florence downtown.
