FEATURES - A farm situated on a domain of about 370 Ha, in a hilly countryside about 300 to 450 m above sea level.The Morellino is located in the Maremman countryside. It is an ideal starting point to visit typical historical villages, make excursions through the Tuscan landscape and enjoy the magnificent views, in every season. At 16 km from the farmhouse you will find Saturnia. This is a charming little town, renowned for its sulphurous well. You can either relax in the chic spa resort or you can drive just a little bit further and relax for free under the waterfalls. Healing water of 37° will make you forget all your stress and worries.
You can also enjoy the medieval atmosphere in well-maintained and typical Tuscan villages and discover the Roman or Etruscan excavations. A car drive of about 40 minutes will take you to the top of the Monte Amiata (Apennines) where you can make long walks through the beautiful forests and practice ski in the winter.
If you drive to the other direction, you will reach the Argento seaside after hardly 50 minutes. Just relax and enjoy sun and water ore stroll along the boulevard and admire the splendid yachts in the ports of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole.

ACCOMMODATION - At the farm we grow biologically, cereals, oats, barley, corn, vegetables, fruits, grapes and olive trees. We also grow our own sheep, goats, pigs and fowls for eggs and meet production. You can come with us when we do our job. A big part of forestland is the territory of wild boar, muffling, fallow deer and red deer. If you are out early enough you have chances to observe these animals in their own territory.We like to welcome you in a warm and informal manner but of course also make sure you will receive excellent service and quality.You can choose for the bed & breakfast formula, half- or full board. We have single and double rooms available but also for three or four people. All rooms have a bathroom, central heating during the winter and air conditioning during the summer.
Also the apartments have central heating during the winter and air conditioning during the summer, a bathroom, an own terrace and a complete kitchen: 4 fires, oven, freezer and dishwasher.

FACILITIES - Exclusive for the guests there’s an open-air swimming- pool (100 m) and a playground for children. Mountain bikes are available too.
