The Estate offers 3 delightful resorts furnished with taste and elegance: Campo di Chiara, Col di Sasso, Beccanina.

ACCOMMODATION - Col di Sasso, experience total relaxation
The most exclusive and secluded hamlet is placed at the top of the estate, where the shade of old trees dominates over the peace of the Maremma and the Tyrrhenian sea.
The resort has a communal barbecue area set under a fresh pergola and three connecting pools with outdoor spas, surrounded by a protected area with umbrellas and deckchairs.
Col di Sasso comprises of 2 cottages and 11 apartments tastefully and elegantly furnished.
The two cottages are independent and surrounded by gardens.
The interiors are carefully and elegantly styled: wooden floors, antique furnishings even stone washbasins in the baths. Every cottage has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a patio with an umbrella, table, chairs and lounges.The cottage by the swimming pool also has a veranda with fantastic views of the sea.
Both cottages are equipped with fireplaces, air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi connection and all the comforts that will make your stay a pleasant one.

Campo di Chiara, a typical Tuscan house, is the vital center of the Estate.
The road that leads to the villa is lined with old olive trees, infused by the scent of wild grass and Mediterranean bushes.
This part of the estate has 10 apartments of differing size, well looked after and furnished in a cozy rustic style, and 8 double rooms equipped with all the comforts.
Guests can enjoy a wide swimming pool, an large relaxing park and a small play area for tchildren. The catering services and the reception of the Estate are in this area, aimed at those who want to exoerience nature with every comfort.
The 8 single rooms are available with double and twin beds, and are equipped with every comfort: bath with shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, WI-Fi, refrigerator, private outdoor table with umbrella and chairs. The price includes breakfast or optional half board (first breakfast and supper). Change of towels and cleaning happen daily, and bed linens are changed every two days.
Ten charming apartments of sizes between 50 and 90 sqm with a living room, one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen in a separate room or in the living area.
The flats are furnished in Tuscan style, with great attention to detail and many antiques. They are on the ground and first floor of the buildings and are equipped with every comfort, air conditioning and heating, TV and Wi-Fi connection, and also a private outdoors area fwith a table, umbrella and chairs. Some have a working fireplace.

Beccanina: This new addition to the the Col di Sasso Estate offers 10 spacious apartments furnished in style and elegance.Positioned at the foot of the Scarlino hill and on the path to the sea, it offers a wide swimming pool and a park for total relaxation.
All the services at Campo di Chiara are available to the guests of La Beccanina. The Beccanina apartments are stylishly furnished, offering all comforts to satisfy even the most discerning guest.
Positioned on the ground and first floor, the flats are 50 to 120 sqm sleeping four to six people, in one to three bedrooms, and they have a living room, one or two bathrooms with shower, an integrated or separate kitchen.
Some have a working fireplace, and all have air conditioning, TV and a private outdoors area furnished with an umbrella, table and chairs.

FACILITIES - the staff is committed to ensure you will enjoy a relaxing stay, and to help you to organise a range of activities. The site offers 3 outdoor swimming pools, a covered barbecue area, wonderful walks among the venerable oaks and olive trees besides all the other services offered at Campo di Chiara: an ‘al fresco’ Tuscan restaurant, a bar by the swimming pool, reading and meeting rooms, a TV projector with maxi screen, a billiards room, and a playground for the younger guests.
The Estate there are information displays by reception will help you to organise day trips to the surrounding country, horse riding or boating with a skipper, bicycle rentals, scooters, motorcycles, quad bikes, paddleboats and boats or to relax at the renowned Golf Club of Punta Ala and Golf Club Toscana Il Pelagone.
There are ten horses available for those who are keen riders, while if you just want to take it easy there is a free shuttle to the nearby beach in Follonica (reservations for the beach services can be made directly from the reception of the Estate and are subject to availability).
