LA PIEVE

FEATURES - The property is located on the hills that form the border between Tuscany and Umbria. In the 22 hectares of land that make up this ecologically conscious property there are woods, olive groves, orchards and farmland on which cereals are cultivated.
The farmhouse, which dates to the late 1800’s, has recently been restored and is composed of four gracious apartments.

ACCOMMODATION - Apartment description:
The A and B apartments have communicating doors, as do C and D.

A: This 36 sq mt ground floor apartment has a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is suitable for handicapped guests and has a door communicating with the Olive apartment. Sleeps 2+2

B: This 38 sq mt ground floor apartment has a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is suitable for handicapped guests and has a door communicating with the Rose apartment. Sleeps 2+2

C: This 45 sq mt first floor apartment has a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the loft there is another double bed. This apartment can be coupled with the Glicine apartment from a door in the hallway before the entrance. Sleeps 4+2

D: This 45 sq mt first floor apartment has a living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the loft there is an additional single bed. This apartment can be coupled with the Girasole apartment from a door in the hallway before the entrance. Sleeps 3+2

As the apartments are all interconnected, they may be rented out all together.

FACILITIES - A living room with fireplace, an outdoor barbecue and oven are all for use by the guests together.
In the garden there is a nice swimming pool and playing area.
