CANTICO DELLA NATURA

FEATURES - The Cantico della Natura country resort is entirely made of local stone and it is divided into two connected wings built in two different periods. The southeast wing goes back to the early Nineteenth Century, and the north wing was constructed in the early Twentieth Century; they perfectly harmonize into a single L-shaped building admirably built up to get direct sunlight from dawn to dusk, glittering on the waters of the Trasimeno lake and creating an enchanting place to relax. Entirely isolated (the village of Montesperello and the nearest farmhouse are 1 km far), Il Cantico della Natura farmhouse stands in a wide open space where centuries' old olive trees grow and it opens onto the lake after passing through a wood. Il Cantico della Natura is an agricultural-forest farm and farm holiday establishment located in the middle of the Lake Trasimeno green hills, in a 42-hectare estate natural setting of considerable intensity. The charming landscape that surrounds the farmhouse alternates among a centuries' old olive grove with 500 trees, clusters of centuries-old pines, an ancient chestnut wood, a timber wood, cultivated fields, and the young orchard. The guests welcoming and accommodation at Il Cantico della Natura is in following with the concept of well-being and attention to the several levels of man's expression: physical, psychological and spiritual.

ACCOMMODATION - Hospitality is in different and comfortable kinds of accommodations. Visitors have a large coice range: rooms (6), a wonderful suite, two 4+2 beds apartments and two small 2+1 beds apartments.

FACILITIES - At the farmhouse restaurant food and meals are based on typical Umbrian dishes, using natural and organic products picked right from the farm or from our region, following the belief that food is both a vital nutrition for a healthy life as well as a pleasure to be satisfied by the art of cooking.

The fan shaped pool follows the natural form of the terrace, with a beautiful view of the lake. The blue pool and the blue lake become one.
Thanks to our agreement with the nearby Valvasone riding center (with 35 horses) it is possible to take riding lessons and to get a horse ride along the hills of the lake.
