FEATURES - An old farmhouse situated in the greenest valley of Umbria at Vernazzano, in a delightful setting amongst gently rolling hills and cultivated fields, and part of a farming estate which produces olives and grapes. The structure is situated in the small village "Vernazzano" with access to the highway that leads to Perugia and/or Siena. This original farmhouse is positioned perfectly for those who want to relax and at the same time enjoy the culture of the nearby cities. Some of these most important art and cultural cities of Tuscany and Umbria are Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona and many other smaller cities, full of history and very easy to reach for day trips.
This restored farmhouse, surrounded by vines and ancient olive groves is an ideal place, amongst nature, for a lovely holiday.
The apartments are simple but furnished with all the comforts required. The farmhouse has a family atmosphere, complety managed by the family Mezzetti who are also the owners, each member of the family having his own part of responsability. The family produces their own wine and olive oil "extra vergine" since 1960. The village Vernazzano, with Etruscan origins, has acquired its place in history thanks to the "Battle of Trasimeno" which was commanded by Hannibal who in June 217 B.C. defeated the Roman army which was under the command of Caio Flaminio.

Primula: Ground floor, 58 m2, living room with cooking area with open fire place and single sofa bed, directly from the living room there are 2 steps leading to bedroom with double bed, the other side of the living room is the hall that leads to the other bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, garden in front of apartment.

Rosa: First floor, 40 m2, living room with cooking area, open fire place and sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, terrace in front of the apartment (together with Apt. Fiordaliso).

Fiordaliso: First floor, 58 m2, stairs that lead to the 2nd floor which lead to the living room with cooking area, open fire place and sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, terrace in front of the apartment (together with Rosa).

Tulipano: This apartment can be found in the recently restored building in front of the original colonial house, about 100 sq.mts, spacious living room with a huge open fire place, double sofa bed and cooking area, 2 large and comfortable double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunkbed and 2 bathrooms both with a shower.
