The holiday house (open from April 28 to October 13) is on a hill position in a quiet area ideal for relaxing vacations. It is composed of a small villa and another annex with 2 different accommodations.

-Villetta: 100 sqm large, it can host 6 persons, it si composed of sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV, all equipped kitchen 3 bedrooms (2 double and a twin) bathroom with shower. Large garden in front of the building with barbecue.

-Casa colonica " DUETTO" divided in two independent accommodations DUETTO CINQUE e DUETTO DIECI.

DUETTO CINQUE 75 sqm, 5 sleeps - 2 levels house with rustic furnishings, large sitting room with fireplace and single sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchen corner. First floor : - 2 bedrooms (una double and a twin) bathroom with shower.

DUETTO DIECI 130 sqm 10 sleeps - House divided in 2 different apartments :
1) Apartment 75 sqm - large sitting room with double sofa-bed, fireplace, satellite Tv, kitchen corner, 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), bathroom with shower.
2) Apartment 55 sqm - Sitting room with double sofa-bed with fireplace, kitchen corner, a double room and bathroom with shower

Both the apartment have at the second floor private terrace and barbecue.

Outside there is a parking area and a swimming pool open from 05.05 to 29.09.2007.
