COLLEMASSARI

The village is composed of indipendent holiday houses and it is situated in the green hills of Maremma Toscana near the tiny medieval town of Cinigiano. The area is wine zone of D.O.C Montecucco and Collemassari, the farmhouse is an ideal spot to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday, with all modern comforts. Each house is independent and there is a large garden surrounding the farmhouses with olive trees, vine and typical plants of Mediterranean woods. The houses are furnished in a characteristic manner with antiques. You can admire the wonderful country landscape of Maremma through the large windows. Some of the farmhouses have open fireplaces. During the hot days of summer you can swim in the pool, sunbath in the garden or sleep under a beach umbrella. In every house there is satellite TV and the D.O.C wines of Tuscany.

Nonna rosa
The villa is well furnished, has cool terracotta floors and is characterized by two huge windows that look over the spectacular Maremma country landscape. The villa sleeps 4+2 guests. There is a double bedroom with a single bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The villa has an open fireplace and satellite TV. Each room has cooler. Outdoors there is a large veranda with barbeque and the villa is surrounded by a garden and olive trees.

Trenta vizi
This small villa is well furnished and characterized by two large windows through which you can admire the beautiful Maremma countryside: the effect is incredible. The villa sleeps 5+2 guests: there is a double bedroom with a single bed, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The villa has a characteristic fireplace and Satellite TV. Each room has cooler and the floors are paved in cool terracotta tiles. Outside there is a large veranda with barbeque, ideal for relaxing days and tranquil nights. The villa is surrounded by a garden and olive trees.

Nonno Meo
is the biggest villa in the village, furnished in a typical and characteristic way with antique furniture and the floor is finished in cool terracotta tiles. The villa sleeps 7+2 and there is a double bedroom, a triple room, and a double comfortable sofa bed. There are all the comforts: two bathrooms with shower, every room has a cooler, and in the living room there is a traditional fireplace and satellite TV. Outside there is a large veranda perfect for whiling away summer evenings. In the garden there is a barbeque under a tree and surrounded by olive trees.

Villa Zi Momo
is composed by two floors. The ground floor holds the living room with its large and welcoming fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen is also located on the ground floor. Going upstairs you will find two double bedrooms with a small fireplace. The villa sleeps 4+2 guests. Outdoor there are two verandas; the first is roofed and the second veranda by the leafy green vine, where you can light the barbeque.

Viola
The sea of Marina di Grosseto is one of the most beautiful in Italy and it has the blu flag; soon Marina harbour, will be one of the most important of the touristic area. You could visit naturalistic park: at few kilometers there is the wonderful Park of Uccellina or the artistic park: “the Tarot Garden”. Sun, sea, tipical taste are the things you can find here in Maremma coast! La Viola is located into the beautiful pineta maremmana near the beach (100m), a calm place even in August.There is a big living room with kitchen and a sofa (beb), a double bed room and a bathroom. Sleep 2+2.
