FEATURES - Casa Guia is situated in the small village of Vagliagli, where along with the local bar there is a grocery, restaurant, pharmacy, post office and the “Enoteca” where it is possibile to participate in wine tasting sessions and appreciate other Tuscan specialities.
Casa Guia is situated about 12 km from Siena and can be easily reached by taking the panoramic road that passes through the charming countryside surrounded by woods and olive groves; ideal for those who appreciate passing their holidays or living in the Chianti region.
With it’s strategic position, the holiday house Casa Guia offers in just a 30mins car drive, the possibility to visit Florence, San Gimignano, and Castellina in Chianti to the North, and Montalcino, San Quirico D’Orcia and Siena to the South, plus numerous other places of interest such as San Galgano, Monte Oliveto Maggiore etc etc.
In the period of June until September, apart from the “Palio” (A world famous horse race with a historic procession, which takes place on the 2nd of July and the 16th of August), for music lovers the Academy Chigiana of Siena, offers, stupendous concerts with well known artists.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - Casa Guia is fully equipped with air conditioned rooms, telephone, washing machine, television, and garages.
The apartment (100 m) is disposed on two levels, has two terraces (one with fantastic views), and is very well furnished with antique furniture. For the colder periods the house is also equipped with a fireplace and central heating. No dogs, cats or children under the age of 10 years are accepted.
1st. Floor: Large sitting room, small kitchen area with cooker, fridge, freezer, and washing basin.
2nd.Floor (2 rooms): 1 double room with double bed, 1double room with two single beds, bathroom with shower.
