Built in 1600, 600 mt far from the centre of Spoleto and no more than 40 km from Assisi and Perugia, this holiday house is placed in a calm location up on a panoramic hill. All, except the N.2, have 5 beds accommodation and are composed of a living room with double sofa bed, sitting room with kitchen and Tv, a double bedroom, bathroom and another room with single bed.
(N.2 is similar but it has a room with 2 single beds, so that it is perfect for 6 persons).
