Barn (independent house at 10m distance):ground floor: bright living room with double sofa bed, dining area with kitchenette (oven, dishwasher) and access on the grounds, one double room, bathroom with shower (window).

At guest’s disposal: at 60m from the house, large natural terrace with lawns and swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth: 1.5m, open from 03/05 – 04/10) and shower (cold). On the ground floor of the house a loggia (27m2) and a covered terrace (20m2) on the first floor. Near the house: Barbecue, table tennis, bowls lawn, children’s playground (swing, slide). On the ground floor of the main house lives the housekeeper in an independent apartment and with external access.
