The caretaker lives in an independent house next door. There is a large lawn garden in front of the house with swimming pool. Furnished in rustic style with some antiques. The furniture in the living room is comfortable, simple in the bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen are simply furnished. Final cleaning and 2 hours of cleaning during the week (time to be agreed) included in the price. Hot water from water heater. Central heating. Access via 4,5km of unpaved road. Ground floor: entrance, large original living room with dining area (seats 8) on two levels (4 steps) and access to a covered terrace (3m x 7m) (massive fireplace in the living room, characteristic vaulted brick ceilings in the dining area), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine) with table that seats 4 and small fireplace, bathroom with tub (washing machine).

First floor: small sitting room/passage-way with fireplace and satellite TV, two double bedrooms one of which is large with fireplace and en suite bathroom with tub (window), two bedrooms with double beds (two beds put together) one of which is large with fireplace, two twin-bedded rooms, one bathroom with tub (window), one bathroom with tub and shower (window).
