FEATURES - Large 19th century farmhouse that has been tastefully and skillfully renovated in accordance with the ancient Tuscan standards. Very peaceful position (alt. 270 m a.s.l.) in the middle of a famous farm of 220ha where prestigious wines and olive oil are produced, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. Views of the countryside. The house has been divided into two apartments that are completely independent but can be internally linked by means of a communal stairway and a small low door on the ground floor, to guarantee not only the advantages of a spacious house, but absolute privacy to the guests as well. Comfortable country style furnishings with some authentic pieces. Telephone in each apartment, central heating. Air conditioning on the ground floor. Access to the property along 1.5km of unpaved road, not suitable for low-riding cars. Final cleaning and heating costs are included in the price.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - Apartment A:
ground floor: large living room with dining area with characteristic ceiling made of small terracotta vaults, SAT TV and access to the covered terrace, open kitchen (oven, small microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee-machine, kettle, Toaster ), two large double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (window) with tub, one large twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom (window) with shower. Laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer), air conditioning. Covered equipped terrace (36m²).

Apartment B:
first floor: two small living rooms with fireplace (one of them with SAT TV), one small room with SAT TV, big kitchen/dining area (oven, freezer, dishwasher), three double bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms, four bathrooms with shower (three of them with window and one with a washing machine).

At the guests’ disposal: large equipped lawns, with floodlit (5.5m x 11m, 0.80m - 2m, open 01/05 – 30/09). Covered parking on the premises (7 spaces). On request, wine tasting. Please request when booking: 2 baby-beds (included in the price). It is possible to purchase farm products.
