ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - Description of the Villa:

-Main House: 300 sq mts. One enters from the garden and finds an entrance hall with small reading niche which separates the kitchen from the dining area and sitting room with fireplace. Up a few stairs is the terrace, a small double guest room (or servants room) with bathroom and a laundry room. On the next floor up is a reading room, a large antique living room, two double (one can be made into a twin) rooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower which is located just off of the living room and, on the other side of this floor, another double room with bathroom (shower).

Annex: 90 sq. Mts. Located on the ground floor this annex to the main house has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and a dining room. Sleeps 4.
