FEATURES - Villa from the early 1900s that has been recently renovated with great care and taste in a cosy country house. Peaceful position in a small town of medieval origins in the Florentine Mugello (600 m alt. a.s.l.). Beautiful views of the valley and the Apennine mountains. Nearby is Mount Falterona where the Arno River begins. The area, full of woods and rivers, offers a wide selection of walking itineraries. The property is characterized by a small, ancient, private chapel. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings with some period pieces. Central heating. For stays of one week or more the first evening dinner is offered by the owner in a typical restaurant in the area. Midweekly cleaning (bathrooms, floors) is included in the price for holidays of more than a week. In middle and low season, it is possible to book for periods that do not necessarily begin and end on Saturday and for short periods of time (min. 3 nights).

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - details:

Ground floor: entrance/hall, living room with SAT TV and ceramic heater, divided by an arch from the living room (table for ten) with access to grounds, study, country style kitchen (oven, small microwave, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and TV) with table (for four) and fireplace. Bathroom with shower with massaging water jets.

First floor: small hall with access to the three sunny double bedrooms (each with two windows), one with a closet, large bathroom (two windows) with double washbasin and corner bath (two people).

At the guests’ disposal: large terraced garden that is equipped, fenced-in, well kept and blossoming with flowers with swimming pool (10.5m x 5.5m, depth 1.50m; open 20/04 – 30/09), loggia (20m²) ideal for outdoor dining with table, chairs, pizza oven and spring water, pergola and small original windowed gym (walking/running machine, step, multifunctional bench, punch-ball, bikes). Laundry room with access from outside. Parking on premises. Please request when booking: baby-bed (included in the price), domestic help and cook (€12.00/hour)
