VILLA IL BORGO

FEATURES - Borgo can be found along a typical Tuscan path, 500 meters away from the nearby village Montalcinello (40 kms from Siena) immersed in the wonderful countryside, there rises "Villa Il Borgo", a traditional tuscan stone farm-house. Perfectly restructured according to the original projects, furnished with old-fashioned, rural, tuscan furniture but with high-level comforts, "Villa Noce" assures a pleasant stay even during late-autumn and winter months.
Being placed in a dominating position right above two valleys, "Il Borgo" makes every window become a "painting" of the wonderful tuscan countryside. "Il Borgo" is composed of two separate and self-sufficient units that form a traditional tuscan "borough". The main Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, while th Villetta holds 4 guests.
"Villa Il Borgo", although structured as a private residence, has earned the qualification of "4 spikes" in the agricultural tourism area, for the quality given and for its good guest reception.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - Villa (12 sleeps)

Ungerground Level
Jacuzzi room with 500-liter tub filled with constant thermal-temperature water, with an ozone purging plant (this way there is no need to change the water), it's forbidden to use soaps or detergents while in use. The timer is programmed from 08.00 to 24.00.
A relaxing living room with panpramic view right next to the jacuzzi room.

Double hall with a representative dining room and guest reception room. Representative restroom in antique travertine next to the hall
Hall's backside: Library with satellite TV and reading room.
Large Kitchen with dining room and restructured barbecue fireplace.
