ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - On the ground floor the entrance from the garden leads directly into a beautiful living room with stone fireplace and then on to the fully equipped kitchen, with a large table seating 12 people, from which to admire the splendid panorama or go out into the garden. A double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower are also to be found on this floor. A characteristic staircase leads up to the first floor with a large living room with open face stone walls, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub.

The staircase leads onto the second floor with two bedrooms, a twin and a single with queen size bed, and an attractive bathroom with shower. A door leads out onto the beautiful roof terrace overlooking the tranquillity of the splendid Umbrian countryside.
Situated on the top of a gentle hill, this holiday home is surrounded by a splendid 12 ½ acres well maintained wood of oak trees. The 1500 m garden with the swimming pool is completely fenced in and is reached from the house by a 8-10 mts road leading through the woods.
The swimming pool is open from May 28th to October 6th, it measures 6 x 12 m and has a maximum depth of 2,40 m. The salted water reaches up to the edge creating an infinity effect dominating the valley below.

A total of 12 sleeps (3 doubles, 2 twin (joinable beds), 1 single room with queen size bed).
