VILLA DI PIOSA

FEATURES - Placed in the north of Umbria, the property consists of a main house and other buildings situated at the back; it consists of outbuildings and agricultural barns, the whole surrounded by a fenced garden of about 2000sqm. Inside the complex there is an outside swimming pool, a children's pool and a Jacuzzi tub, inside another Jacuzzi tub-both tubs at 36°- If renting the whole property, there is no Breakfast service there is a resident house - keeper, who can provide cleaning services and assistance.

MAIN HOUSE ONLY (max 21 people) A spacious living room, with fireplace and dining area - A veranda with oven, tables and chairs for "al fresco" meals - Fully fitted kitchen with a barbecue, a fridge, a dish-washer, plates etc - 5 standard bedrooms, 4 suites, for a total of 21 sleeps (it is possible to be added cribs or small beds) - 7 bathrooms with bathtub or shower, one in each suite and 2 more bathrooms, one on each floor -The swimming pool area is fenced and only for guests, near the swimming pools there are tables, beach umbrellas, deck chairs and a bath with shower -The indoor hydro massage pool, Jacuzzi tub, only for guests - Car park inside the garden fence -The garden to be shared only with the guests from the dependence and the owners. The owners reserve the use of the outbuildings and the barns at the back of the main house for themselves.

RENTAL OF THE WHOLE HOUSE - 27 sleeps - Main house + outbuildings, no other guests, self catering - Private use of the garden and pool.: Main house and outbuildings as described above.
