Villa Ilaria is an old country house from the beginning of the 18th Century, completely restored, lying against the hills of the green heart of Umbria in the middle of the forest and countryside, a place of quietness and peace.
The location of this country house is easy to reach as it is near the main railway and highway roads and of short distance of small Mediaeval .
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden cured with love for gardening and in this garden the swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - Description of the villa:

The villa with a total of 500 mq, completely restored and furnished with taste. On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, one with an open fire place, a couch and a cooking area with an wooden oven, the other living room is much larger ideal for parties or ceremonies, with 2 sofa’s. Still remaining on the ground floor you have the billiard room and double bed room with private bathroom with shower ; ther is other bathroom.
On the first floor which one reaches by outside stair or from the 2 living rooms downstairs, a living room with a double sleeping sofa, a huge open fire place and cooking area and three bedroom, the main one “La Padronale” has a double bedroom and a 3rd bed and bathroom with a shower, another double bedroom with a 3rd single bed and the third bedroom is a twin bedded bedroom. For these 2 bedrooms is available another bathroom also with shower. From the living room and the main bedroom “La Padronale” one reaches the terrace of 50 mq.
