• Mid season: From  14 to 28 June / From 23 August to 20 September
• High season: From 28 June to 23 August
• Special periods : Christmas period (from 20 December 2008 to 10 January 2009) - Easter period (from 22 March to 29 March 2008)

• Swimming pool: open from 14 June till 20 September (Guests and Owner can aslo agree upon extra time)

Included in the rental price:

• Cleaning two hours a day twice per week
• Weekly change of linen and bed sheets
• Water, gas for domestic use
