VILLA SAN VALENTINO

FEATURES - this villa is in a hill position plunged in a large private property 5 ha wide just in front of the Orvieto's tufa plateau. The all property is enclosed and it holds a very well kept garden 5000 sqm, a private wood and a small stream of fresh water.
The main building is a stone built house 160 sqm large with a comfortable and wide porch and an annex next ot its side. The area is particulary fresh and panoramic.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - the villa has 4 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, and 2 single bedrooms) 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and one with hot-tub) another room with double sofa bed, full equipped kitchen and large living room with fireplace. Outside the villa there is also a laundry area and barbecue area. The annex close to the villa is an independent building with 2 extra beds accommodation.
This villa is endowed with a complete set of linen and towels; kitchen is full equipped with freezer, fridge, electric oven, and in the living room you can find satellite Tv, home theatre system, dvd and vhs players.
All of the windows have special mosquitoes-mesh.
The panoramic swimming pool just in the middle of the garden, there is a gazebo too.
The all villa has 5+1 sleeps plus a double sofa bed. The annex has an extra 2 sleeps (on demand).
