FEATURES - Large families seeking comfort and accessibility will strongly consider making this villa their primary base for exploring central Italy. To one side, Villa Farfalla has a private park ringed by tall pine, fruit and cypress trees and to the other is a neighbor, 20 yards away.
The pool is one of the largest available, at least 50 feet long and comes with an adjacent pool house complete with a bath, a fridge and a barbecue. The garden, lawn and patio offer a variety of outdoor areas. The covered portico, ideal for breakfast, faces east as do all of the indoor living areas.
An old country estate, Villa Farfalla is spacious, charming and authentically Umbrian. The villa enjoys a kitchen with a large wooden owen, a PC with Internet access, an unheated billiard room available during warmer months and a ping pong table.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - This villa boast a total 16 sleeps.
Ground floor: Foyer. Living room with fireplace and doors to the portico. Dining room with doors to the furnished portico. Study with PC and piano. One bathroom with shower. Kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and barbecue fireplace. 1 double bed room and bathroom. Separate entrance to billiard room (unheated). 2 pax
First floor: Small living room. One bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and hand shower. Three bedrooms each with a queen size bed. One bedroom with two single, joinable beds. One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Two bathrooms each with shower. One bathroom with tub and hand shower. 14 pax
Outbuilding: Laundry room with washing machine.
Services:Heating, firewood, phone calls, washing machine and PC usage are payable locally.
Daily maid service two hours per day, excluding Sundays and holidays is included.
