Lake Trasimeno, well-known for its swimming beaches and waterfront cafes is a mere 30 minutes drive through the countryside. Within an hour’s drive are the historic towns of Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Citta Di Pieve, Chiusi, Todi and Assisi.

It has a kitchenette, dining area, bathroom/wc/shower and a large fully furnished living area. Large arched glass doors give access to a private al fresco dining area, gardens and swimming pool.

La Finestrina is a first floor apartment in the main house with separate access from the terraced gardens. La Finestrina features a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area with a lovely open fire place, bathroom/wc/shower and two large fully furnished double bedrooms. Terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings, lovely stone walls and plentiful windows give views to the wooded hills in the distance.

Situated in the main house, La Cantina is a studio apartment on the ground floor. It has a kitchenette/dining area, separate bathroom and a large fully furnished living/bedroom area with an open fireplace.
