VILLA CORONA

FEATURES - Far enough from the city noise, located up on the charming hills of Montecorona (7km from Umbertide), this is the ideal environment for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation in a peaceful place.
The building is made of stone with wooden supports in any room and terracotta floors, in a panoramic location, surrounded by a wide private and fenced garden where a nice 9m x 5m swimming pool is. The pool is exclusively for visitors use and it's open from June to October.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES - The house, completely fenced, is composed of two floors and can offer up to 6 beds accommodations.
It is composed as follows: entrance, living room where the fire place is, a tv set, dvd and hi-fi devices, TV Sat receiver, a 6 chairs table set. In the living room there is a sofa bed. On the right side there is a staircase which leads to the upper floor where are two bedrooms (one is a double and the other one is a twin bedroom, whois beds can be attached). There is also a nice added floor which faces over the underneath kitchen. From the living room there are two doors: one leads to a bathroom with shower and the other one leads to the kitchen where are a refrigerator with a small freezer, oven, electric oven, dish washer and washing machine. There are also dishes, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, pans, pots, coffee machine, vaccum.
The swimmng pool, named “Busatta”, is near the house, towards the valley and its sizes are 5x9 mt, 1,20 to 1,80 mts deep. it is controlled and cleaned by the owner every 3 days. There are also garden utilities and sets (4 beds and 2 teak wooden tables, 1 umbrella, 1 amaca, 1 table set and 6 plastic chairs, 1 barbecue)

Utilities included:water, electricity, gas, table cloths, mosquitoes mesh on the windows
