Our agency has a general coverage insurance, however we can also provide on demand specific travel insurance (land only). Price and details are specific for each single request. Important: each extra travel insurance has to be done before the arrival day.

In this case, regardless of the tourist's nationality and origin, the provisions of the law are those of the place / country in which tourist is located. In Italy the isolation of the person tested positive and the quarantine (which has a variable duration based on the vaccinations) are ordered. When a quarantine is ordered and consequent fiduciary isolation, the person who is outside his residence is assisted by the local health authorities and, where possible, placed in special ``covid hotels`` or similar structures for the free reception of positive subjects. Where there are no facilities available to accommodate the tourist during isolation, the tourist himself will have to provide for the costs for his own accommodation and quarantine.

It is important consulting the terms and cancellation policy of each individual accommodation facility and / or tourist service provider to be aware of any cancellation penalties in case of cancellation of the trip or of the tourist service which may be more or less flexible and in any case subject to individual different regulations and applications. Important: no case, however, cancellations and cancellations of trips or tourist services due to fears and personal decisions of the customer / tourist that cannot be accepted and considered as a motivation / force majeure

There are special insurance policies that are also valid for cases related to Covid-19. These policies are therefore recommended for those who intend to travel having protection and the possibility of obtaining reimbursement in the event of a claim related to the pandemic or also to other reasons of nature documentable health care (accident, illness, hospitalization, etc.). Regarding the policies it is important to know that: they must be purchased and issued 30 days before the (first) day of the holiday / stay / service established; the policies also insure medical expenses and costs also related to the Covid-19 pandemic; for policies that ensure the reimbursement of any cancellation penalties it will be necessary to have a document certifying the penalties applied to the tourist; insurance policies have compensation limits below the maximum indicated in the policy issue phase and may have deductibles; the cost of the insurance premium of the policies can be quantified in the estimate phase based on variables (destination, participants age, duration, costs etc ...) related to the trip / stay / service booked.
